Hannah was amazing to work with. I come from a place where trusting hairdressers can be a little hard for me because of previous bad experiences! However Hannah was super funny, super cool and friendly. Love love love my short hair and even more in love with my bags. There’s a beautiful group of ladies that work there; you’ll love the vibes!!

Always amazing experience with all of the girls. However, I got my nails done on Friday and by Sunday two were already starting to peel off. I’ll probably skip the nails next time and just go for my hair. Overall though everyone is always extremely nice and attentive.

I loveee coming here, it’s a wonderful experience , BUT they’ve increased their prices way too much in the last two years. It’s not even a small increase, it’s a 20% increase. It feels like by 2025, the blow dries will be close to $100. And we get it, everything is going up in price, but they have not kept a steady price more than a year it feels.

Disgusted by the service I received today. They must have someone new up front who lacks customer service. I texted that I was running late due to weather and having a 10 month old. She said it was fine. GPS said I'd arrive at 3:15, right at the cutoff, but I texted that the traffic was stopped and I arrived at 3:20. They could've easily told me I would have to rebook and I would've understood. Instead they took me, and all gossiped about me. When I went to pay, the new front desk girl is telling me how EVERYONE said how I always arrive late and it's a constant issue. I felt like I was a little girl getting reprimanded in a business that I give my money to. I come here easily once a week and every stylist there knows me. I've been coming since way before I was pregnant and I have extensions so it's a costlier service than others. I bring my stepdaughter here, tell friends about it, etc. but definitely no more. Not to mention, the front desk girl never offered me something to drink. She'd ask everyone around me and skip over me. Absolutely disgusting. I will never spend another $1 here and I will make sure nobody I know does either. There's been plenty of times that stylists are busy and I've had to wait and I'd never sit there and scold a stylist how they did to me, a paying customer. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Not to mention, my hair is still wet at the extensions so a terrible job was done at that. I am disgusted and appalled by my visit today. I would like a response from the owner.

Today was my first visit in this place and I loved it! Ladies were very sweet and welcoming, place is super clean and all the small extras made it nice!✨💗 Abda was my stylist and she did great, definitely going back.
